Refund & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to DAP FINTECH (PayStrip). We value your trust in our financial technology services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be processed for transactions made through the PayStrip platform.

1. Nature of Services

DAP FINTECH (PayStrip) provides instant digital and financial services such as:

  • AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System)
  • DMT (Domestic Money Transfer)
  • Recharge and Bill Payments
  • BBPS and Utility Services
  • PAN, Insurance, and Other Fintech Solutions

Since our services are electronic and executed in real time, transactions once processed cannot be canceled or reversed.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are not allowed once a transaction has been initiated or successfully processed.
  • To cancel a transaction before completion, ensure you do not proceed to payment confirmation or OTP submission.
  • After payment authorization, the transaction is considered final and irreversible.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following scenarios:

  • Transaction failed due to technical error, system downtime, or network issue, but the amount was deducted.
  • Transaction not successfully completed, verified, or settled by the partner bank or payment gateway.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Successful transactions credited to the beneficiary.
  • Incorrect or invalid details entered by the user (account number, mobile number, IFSC, etc.).
  • Violations of DAP FINTECH (PayStrip) Terms of Use.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method or PayStrip wallet within 3 to 7 working days, depending on bank or gateway processing time.

4. Dispute & Resolution Process

If you believe your transaction failed or an incorrect amount was debited, contact us within 48 hours of the transaction. Our team will review and respond within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Registered Mobile Number or User ID
  • Transaction ID
  • Date & Amount of Transaction
  • Description of the Issue

5. Processing Time

Refunds are generally processed within 3 to 7 working days after approval. Delays may occur due to bank holidays, payment gateway reconciliation, or technical dependencies.

Some services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Domain or digital certificate registration
  • Third-party API service fees
  • Wallet top-ups or virtual balance
