Welcome to DAP FINTECH (Paystrip). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("User", "Customer", or "You") and DAP FINTECH (Paystrip) ("Company", "We", "Our", or "Us"). By accessing or using our website www.paystrip.co.in, mobile applications or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the website and services immediately.

1. Definitions

Website means www.paystrip.co.in and its subdomains, mobile apps, and APIs.

Services means all fintech and digital services offered by DAP FINTECH (Paystrip), including payment gateway services, wallet services, fund transfers, bill payments, AEPS, Micro ATM, DMT, recharge, merchant integrations, and related APIs.

Transaction means any payment, transfer, withdrawal, or financial operation initiated or processed through DAP FINTECH (Paystrip).

2. Eligibility and Registration

  • You agree to provide accurate, current and complete registration information and to update it when necessary.
  • Completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required as per applicable laws and regulatory guidelines.
  • Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of your account.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You shall use the Services only for lawful and permitted purposes.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, PINs and OTPs.
  • Do not share your login details with third parties. Notify DAP FINTECH (Paystrip) immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Usage of Services for illegal activities (including money laundering, financing of terrorism, fraud) is strictly prohibited.

4. Transactions

All transactions are processed through authorized banking or payment partners and are subject to verification and approval. Once a transaction is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or reversed except as required by law or under DAP FINTECH (Paystrip)’s refund policies.

DAP FINTECH (Paystrip) will not be responsible for delays, failures or interruptions caused by banks, payment gateways, telecom operators, or network providers. Refunds and dispute resolution will follow the policies of the relevant bank or service provider and DAP FINTECH (Paystrip)’s internal procedures.

5. Fees and Charges

Certain Services may incur processing fees, transaction charges, or convenience fees. Applicable charges will be displayed to you before you confirm any transaction. DAP FINTECH (Paystrip) reserves the right to change its fee structure; updates will be posted on the Website or communicated via official channels.

6. Data Security and Privacy

We implement industry-standard security measures such as encryption, multi-factor authentication and secure API communication to protect data. Your personal and financial information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

While we make reasonable efforts to secure our systems, no system is completely immune to threats. You are also responsible for securing your devices and network when using our Services.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, software, text and other content on the Website are owned by or licensed to DAP FINTECH (Paystrip). You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DAP FINTECH (Paystrip) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data loss or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with the use of Services.

In any case, DAP FINTECH (Paystrip)’s aggregate liability shall be limited to the transaction amount or the amount paid for the particular service (whichever is lower), to the extent permitted by law.

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties except as required by applicable law.

9. Suspension and Termination

DAP FINTECH (Paystrip) may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or endangered the security or integrity of the platform. Termination will not affect accrued rights or obligations before termination.

10. Changes to Terms

DAP FINTECH (Paystrip) may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulations or business operations. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website and will take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
